PS3 seems to slow down when there is some cool lighting effects, or maybe it is something else?.. loading/saving?
Anyhow, many multiplatform games shows that 360 can do better lighting. Best example is Assassin's Creed, 360 has superior lighting compared, maybe UBI had to tweak the lighting down a bit for PS3 to keep decent frame rate.
Lighting was also the main reason why the Next Splinter Cell comes only to 360 at least according to UBI.

For some reason I hope this crap would not get released at all. It will be the final nail in the PS3 coffin for sure. PS3 does not need HOME. It needs games, games and more games.

You can't even buy the movies from xbox video store, you only rent them. Normally, if you rent movies you have to visit the store and after watching it you have to return it. With xbox360 you don't have to go anywhere.

Yep, but we have to remember it is Sony after all. Playstation brand is HUGE and expectations and promises were high, therefore it really failed.

Darker is more moody, but gotta love the attention to detail which sadly is barely visible in dark version. They should try to find a bit more interesting approach to lighting, dark but detailed world.
Unless of course they need to get rid of the details to make the gameplay smoother, but I don't think they would use lighting excuses for lowering the need of details... or would they?

Yeah it's xbox360 fault because it does not have the blu-ray to save the every single texture multiple times. Well you're lucky, your PS3 version has filled the blu-ray just because of that.
So no worries, blu-ray is needed with ps3 version, even though it looks exactly same or worse.
compared to other systems, MS is doing really well. Sony has always been the number 1 what comes to popularity or at least expectations. Currently 360 is wiping tables with PS3, yep a hard fact, but true. Wii seems to play with "hard to get" status and it seems to work. If it is as good as media makes it feel like, dunno.
Anyhow, Xbox360 is doing damn fine, it has great games, huge user base and so far the future looks more than promising. Of course RROD is damn evil ...

I agree. Downloaded the demo and well... the game was horrible. Actually I'm not even sure if there is a game in it.
I bought it just because it is the first and only party game for 360. It is fun indeed, but can't say yet if there's enough questions. So far good.
You can download demos and arcade games even with silver account. It is the online playing thing you have to pay for,but I assume this game is online game.

Nice read, I hope there would be more often about the music/sounds in games in general, just because in most of the todays games the music/sounds makes at least half of the mood and atmosphere.
Game without proper sounds and music usually sucks big time or lacks the mood.
